ADC Austin offers a full range of support services to its customers based on their products and requirements. These services include a toll-free hotline, email, self service options, and professional services. Special customer needs can also be accommodated upon request.
Toll-free Hotline Support
The ADC Austin support hotline is available 24 x 7. For customers with standard support, this hotline is actively monitored from 8:30 to 5:30 US Central time. For premium support customers, the hotline is monitored 24 x 7. You will expect a response within 2 hours of leaving the message, sooner if possible.
To use toll free hotline support, please call 800-605-9848 and leave a message on x701 for standard support or x707 for premium support. The message will be forwarded to the support staff and they will contact you as soon as possible.
Email Support
Please email non-critical support requests to support@adcaustin.com. Email is actively monitored from 8:30 – 5:30 US Central time. Alternatively customers may login to the customer support center and fill out the support request form.
Self Service
Customers with an active support contract can also login to the customer care site. Contact your ADC Austin account manager to get set up to access this site.
