The oRPG migration is of interest to iSeries400 software houses as well as end users who strive to modernize their trusted iSeries400 programs. It is also possible to replace the iSeries by other systems, either in part or as a whole.

This type of application modernization requires that the iSeries400 program sources are available.

Note: However, if only the iSeries programs but not the sources are available, the GUI creation offers many opportunities for modernization.
