Allows employees to enter company forms and for their managers to approve them using a secure Internet application from any PC with Internet access. Upon approval, the documents automatically post into the accounting system for processing. Receipts or other correspondence can be scanned and viewed during the approval process.

The application runs on SQL Server with an ASP (Active Server Page) interface. Each user is authenticated and a SSL connection is established during their user sign-on. This encrypts the data being passed from the server to the employee during their Internet connection. The electronic approval process is an acceptable method of establishing a binding agreement and the scanned images meet the legal "best evidence rule" as the record of a business transaction.
